To register, please first create your account on the Congress website. This can be done through the „Log in“ function on the website menu, by entering your e-mail address on the „Create new account“ page and clicking the „Create new account“ button. You should then receive an e-mail message from admin@eurohemiptera.eu with a one-time link to set up your password (please also check your e-mail spam folder) and further instructions. After logging into your account with your password, you will be able to complete the remaining registration data and also submit abstract(s) for your presentation(s) in the web forms („Congress registration form“ and „Abstract submission form“ in the „Actions“ menu).
Registration is open until June 11, 2023, and is not complete until the congress fee is paid. Discounted fees are valid until April 30. The congress fee includes the entire scientific programme, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks and the congress trip (accommodation must be booked and paid separately, see information under „Accommodation“). Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be submitted by April 30, 2023. Before this date, abstracts can be edited by authors after logging back into the website (menu „My account“, tab „Submissions“, select and open the form you want to edit and then go to the „Edit“ tab).
